Good morning/evening...

when one squats using the Smith rack ( I don't have a spotter so I use this)..should I stand at an angle that is similar to the angle of the front upright/supports..or am I really thinking way too hard for this early in the AM?

I see some guys doing lunges with them, and they kind of start 'leaning back'

thanks
