Routine help please!

hey guys whats up? ok i was just in weightlifting PE and i felt like the exercises we did werent working as well as they could be. Well that is turning into a study hall, not that much time to work out anyways. But my problem is making up a routine that is good for me to gain mass. im gonna start going to the gym very regularly and i was wondering if you guys could help me make a routine that would work really well. gives enough time to rebuild but also works my muscles out often. id appreciate your help. thanks guys.

Dude you are asking for alot.

Start by telling us how many days per week you plan to train.

haha sorry. at least 5 times a week. im 17 weigh about 135 already decently muscular...

could be a high school wrestler..lotta guys wrestle at 103,112,119,125,160,135, and are cut and muscled..if that is the case above posts wouldnt apply..

im actually about 5'7'' and i used to be a gymnast. i said decently meaning im not a stick but im also not really big and cut.

no not necessarily nothing to me. i have some muscle mass just not a lot. why does everyone, on every forum, have to be an ass. ecool points dont mean anything in real life.

dude just eat some calories more and you'll put some mass on.
some ppl thinkg that u build muscle mass outa thin air and it just happens if you lift and getting 6 packs means not eating much... you could prolly still remain fairly lean while having some size on u if u get a nice diet happening
not everyone is an ass..but i'd say 99% or everyone is..i could name some ppl here but theres no need to
its the rareity of the other 1% that makes us extra special
