I was wondering if anyone has any experienced advice on getting ripped tricepts. I have a decent size tricept but theres not much definition and it looks more like a big round shape than a cut nob (sorry for the analogy ). I currently do dips, tricept pulldowns, and tricept extensions on my tri days. Any help would be great, thanks.

spot reduction (ie losing bodyfat from a specific area doesnt exist, if u want more defined tris then ur gonna have to lose bodyfat from ur whole body - ur triceps exercise choice ist really relevant

The only two ways to get your triceps to look more defined would be to do one of two things. The first thing would be to lower your total body fat percentage so the muscle shows more. The second thing to do would be to play around with different types of training for your triceps. If you can increase the size of your triceps they will look more defined because the fat would be spread more along them, but you can do that by just loosing body fat in the first place.

Just like everybody said buddy, try to get that body fat percentage low and try doing more reps with weights you can manage the most. Try not to lift for size but for cuts.

5'10" 175 is pretty good ,depending where it is ..doing chest and shoulders a little heavier will hit the tris too...lol

Not trying to point you out or anything but muscles only do three things: grow, mantain size or shrink. You can't train for shape, only size.

not really man, if you lift lighter and not heavy as you do to get size. You can get some cuts, ofcourse it all depends your body fat too.

If you use too little of a weight then it doesn't have the same effect on muscle development as heavier weights. A little article on it Bodybuilding.com - Chris Goulet - The Myth Of TONING!
