well for some reason for the last few weeks, while squatting, usualy at the bottom of the lift and starting to go back up, my inner thighs have been pretty painful and making weired crazking noises and such. my knees are also bothering me a bit, not so much though.

i suppose a warm up on the bike and the bar just doesn't cut it any more...
so what do you guys do for warm up/stretching? particularly on leg day

I do 20 minutes on the eliptical trainer and that gets my blood flowing. I do abs after that and usually after that i'm ready to bench 3000 pounds. And by 3000 pounds I mean 175

I had the same problem recently and I started to warmup. 5minutes on a bike and then 2-3 minutes stretching the legs. Then I start out with 3-4 sets of light weight and since then I had no problems what so ever.
