Training all day??

OK, I just bought a weight set and bench for home use..

when I lift... can I lift off and on the entire day (like morning and evening??)

or... should I puit in more time in the morning and take my full 48 hours to recover??

45 min in the morning is fine..you have to do chest 1x wk so reserch what else to do the other days..3-4 days per week..is enough..find someplace to do pullups and do squats and dead lifts holding weights in each hand..do it.

so your saying only work the chest once a week???

as opposed to every day? yes...one day chest and tris..2 day back and bis 3 day legs and 4 day shoulders..days off in between somewhere and a whole week went by..now do chest and tris and start all over again..lol
