Anyone ever torn a stabilizer on the obleque side of their torso? I was doing incline leg press at about 300 and I felt a crunch, I thought it was my old broken rib. Seems now that it was a stabilizer ligament or something to that effect because the pain is almost gone in 3 weeks. I asked the trainer at the gym and thats what he thought also. Either way OUCH! Try and sleep that one off for 3 weeks straight.
