i train 5 days a week (in a row) each day a diffrent muscle and each muscle 5 excersizes each muscle 4 sets per excersizes. (4th day is tricep and bicep so its a total of 10 excersizes and ****ing hard) my workout is 1 hour and 15min except arms which is 1hour and 40min.
so is that ok?

2. i noticed that all the big dudes (ahm ronnie ahm) do 3 sets per excersize and for 12-15 reps. and that also do supersets i heard that that is a great way to grow. is that true and good? (for mass)

3. i have allot of ****heads in my current gym that always talk crap like they know everything (hahahahaha yeah right) what should i say to them so they will leave me alone?!
1...5 days in a row is a lot....back,chest,legs,shoulders,arms makes 5..but if it is working that is fine..45 min to 60 min workout is ideal as your glucogen and testosterone stores probably give out by 60 min..5 exercise of 4 sets easch is on the high side too so maybe drop one 1 exercise or 1 set to get to 60 minutes..2...3 sets per exercise is good..you might want to do heavier weight with 6-8 reps and yes superset is good way to do iy...3..every gym has ****heads..just work out hard and eat good and get bigger than they are..you could skip one of your workouts now and then top some extra growing time in..your muscles grow when u are out of the gym...

1. I do about the same thing except that I have a four day split. You should try to keep your workouts within an hour or close to it. How much of a break are you taking in between sets? And how long do you usually take for each rep?

2. Don't ever judge training based around pro bodybuilders. They use an assortment of steroids and growth hormones. If you really want to look to a bodybuilder for inspiration on training style look to the natural body builders. But you really should test around and find what works for you best. I never really used supersets so if someone else can answer that then it would be good.

3. Just tell them to **** off or tell them that they do what they do and you do what you do while your training. There was this skinny guy in the gym trying to tell me what I should do to get more cuts, I just laughed him off.
