Division of sets?

When I am lifting..do i do all three sets of 10 reps in a row or hit each machine seperate 3 times?

shou;d I keep the same weight each set?

SOUnd slike you are talking about assitance excersizes. YOu would rarely do 3 sets of ten with a core lift.

Iwill at times stay at the same weight for all three sets on a core lift if it is part of the traning cyle but this would only last one week anyway. I would more frequestly do this on an aux lift like tricep pushdowns.

Pyramid up and then possibly grap another work set at your peak level for the excersize.
