I was wondering what a good lift is for the inner, upper, part of your pecs would be. I have a large outside and lower pec but I'm trying to develop the line of separation between the two muslces in the middle. Theres a line but its not defined and I need to increase the size of my upper pecs. I've tried inclined bench but it doesn't seem to do the trick. Any help would be great. Thanks.

wide grip incline press or incline DB press..

everthing works in oppasits. if your inner pecs lagging you do wide grip. if you outer pec lags the do close grip

its not 100% genetics like ppl say.

when you do incline dumbells press towards the top of your head radther than just pressing up. still bring them down to your shoulders with your elbows opened. i usually do these in the end of my workout and ive built up the mid part of my clavicles a bit more in 6 months.

I have this exact problem. My friend,Don Allarde(3rd Team Universe 2006,5th Team Universe 2005) gave me this program
Heavy Smith Machine incline press with a closer than shoulder grip width* incorporate rest pause, forced reps and drop sets
Hammerstrength machine incline press(if available):* incorporate rest pause, forced reps and drop sets
Low Pulley Cable flyes*cross your arms and squeeze as hard as you can; higher reps,go for a nice squeeze and burn;incorporate rest pause, forced reps and drop sets IF YOU FEEL YOU NEED MORE OF A PUMP

Go by feel. Remember, to make your muscles grow you have to bring them into uncharted territory--push the most weight you can and go beyond failure so your muscles adapt. So far this has worked with great success for me. I have been on this for about 3 weeks and I already notice WAY MORE mass and definition in my upper pecs.

Thisis because there is no such thing as developing one part of the chest. Body fat and genetics and the muscle groups surrounding the pecs are what give you the look you will have.
