hi, i have 18 years old , i started the training since last year , i start by series of 12 for all muscle every day of training (monday,thursday,friday,and sunday) iam go to specialize gym for training californiamuscle gym, i take protein isoflex , after 4 months of training, my friend talk me on superset, so , i start ''superset'' series of 6,8 and 10 i make that with all muscle 3 series of 6, 8 or 10 plus 6... but i find i dont big" since last year '' 13 month and i take this its normal ?<< i dont work all muscle per day i make 2 muscle per days:

its little crazy what i say but i find that
i need abs too and i take at june 2006 half pot of creatine v16 the effect its good but i not finisht a pot ,the effect is not all here...
