hi, i have 18 years old , i started the training since last year , i start by series of 12 for all muscle every day of training (monday,thursday,friday,and sunday) iam go to specialize gym for training californiamuscle gym, i take protein isoflex , after 4 months of training, my friend talk me on superset, so , i start ''superset'' series of 6,8 and 10 i make that with all muscle 3 series of 6, 8 or 10 plus 6... but i find i dont big" since last year '' 13 month and i take this its normal ?<< i dont work all muscle per day i make 2 muscle per days:

its little crazy what i say but i find that
i need abs too and i take at june 2006 half pot of creatine v16 the effect its good but i not finisht a pot ,the effect is not all here...

excuse me for language iam a very noob in english...

What's your native language? I can't quite place what ethnicity you look like.

Do you have a diet? If not first try to get 1 gram of protein per a pound that you weigh.

Second, you might want to try a different training routine. Look around for "Madcow 5X5".

Usually when a person stops getting gains that means that either their diet can't support any more growth, or the training is not enough to cause growth.

what is that?: Madcow 5X5"6 its product?

iam half vietnamese and half canadian

i eat 3x per days and eat fruit 2x per day not all time lol

i dont eat chips,sugar or this **** lol i eat good food and cookies with very low sugar lol

i make good training but my body cant biggest..

french its my language

oh! and i have a little problem with my ''first arm''avant bras'' i have pain with that when bench the day after, have pain not normal pain... i believe my ''front-arm'' is to weak for my biceps i dont understand this problem
front-arm and bend sometimes :S:(

i need first arm training? ?? but... bend is not funny

my weight its 110lbs >>110gr of protein?

Eat 6-7 times per day and go the the doctor or at least a physical therapist if the pain persists. 110g of protein is correct.

Vous devez poster votre routine de séance de mise en forme si nous pouvons voir que vous faites et offrez quelque conseil.

Sont ici quelques choses que je peux recommander entretemps : 1) surtout composer des exercices. 2) manger beaucoup de bonne nourriture. 3) mettre › les revues d'achat de t. 4) obtenant plus fort doit être votre foyer principal.

* My French is really bad, maybe we'd be better speaking English, lol

dylan write the same paragraph in english because the words not match with sentence (like me)lol its +easy for me read in englis writing is to hard!

hey ok guys iam go to doctor last day and doctor say me its muscleinflammation ! fu....! he say pt ice on your arm and take antiinflamation ... he say you are make little i feel bad when doctor say that but its real.. :S you are make little ,then go to gym but +little weight i say in my head fu... i cant biggest with that ,then i go to gym in seven-ten days and start slowly and little weight,

(inflammation is at first-arm) I believe my first-arm are to weak to compare with my bicep ?that maybe? beacause never have pain at other muscle of the body just first arm?

suggestion? commentary?
