this is similar to a previous thread but i want to know do u i do leg extensions before my power movement like leg press or after??? cause if i do it after my legs will already be tired but i dont want to get them worn out before the leg press?? what do i do

like to do some light leg ext before i do my squats, then later on back to the leg ext but not extreamly heavy, not the greatest for the knees

What i personally do, a few warm up sets of leg ext, followed by squats then i will jump back to do some heavy leg extensions. ALWAYS warm up your legs thouroughly before a heavy compound movment for legs such as squat, leg press... Lots of shit can go wrong training with cold legs going heavy from the get go.
