Hi, i am creating this thread to try and get an idea on what you guys think is the best exercise for each muscle group and also THE best overall exercise (This doesn't nessicarily mean, the best mass building exercise, it could be down to the fact that you have made great gains from it, the pump is really intense, you enjoy it.... the reasons for your choice are limitless). Here is my list, just to show you how to set the list out (my explanation may not have been very clear).
CHEST:- Dumbell bench
SHOULDERS:- Power cleans
BICEPS:- Barbell curl (hands relitavely close together)
TRICEPS:- French press with preacher bar
FOREARM:- reverse barbell curls (hand slightly further than shoulder width apart)
TRAPS:- Seated Dumbell shrugs or Hang high pulls
BACK:- Deadlifts
QUADRICEPS:- Freeweight squats (feet placed close together)
HAMSTRINGS:- Stiff leg deadlifts
CALVE:- Seated calve raises
ABDOMINALS:- Weighted decline cruch
FAVOURITE OVERALL EXERCISE:- Deadlifts.
(Just to state again, this is purely a personal thing, please, share your suggestions, i don't want the mr know it alls to tell me that my selection is wrong, "the muscle fibres you recruit for this exercise.... blah blah blah, i don't give a shit).
