AC/DC always does it for me....simple, heavy, with a steady backbeat and testosterone-fuled lyrics.

hahaha...yeah I knew that would grab some of you. He is actually the grandson of Hank Williams Sr., he does sing country but then he also sings hard core punk music. He likes to call it Hellbilly music. He likes to call his Rock band AssJack. It is strictly under ground stuff, you can't buy it at the stores.

Heavy Metal, Power Metal, Death Metal, Thrash Metal
eg: Testament, Manowar, Megadeth, Celtic Frost, Arch Enemy, Armoured Saint, HammerFall, Slayer, Anthrax, Metallica, Venom, Kreator, Iron Maiden.

these are some of the many bands which you will find a number of songs which you would like from each.
but for the goodness of your soul dont listen to emo/ goth/ metalcore/ grindcore/ nu metal shit. (limp biskit, maralyn manson, korn, ect.)

Primarily Drudkh! - Eastern European Pagan Black Metal band. (also satyricon, burzum, magog, summoning, windir and hate forest)

Awesome grim metal to get yourself pumped up to hit the iron with. Especially the dreaded legs day.

You will definitely want to check them (drudkh) out mageeto.

it may sound a little cliched (also, that spelling may be wrong, apologies) But what really gets me going, guns and roses, welcome to the jungle! It worked for dorin yates, and it sure as hell works for me!
