Front squat ?

Any one try it ? .. every time i did it .. it hurts my shoulder .. because the bar is tuff on my shoulder .. am i do it wrong .. also i can't hold the bar .. it is not stable .. what is the perfect form for this movment .. and which is better the back squat or the fornt ?

I think JohnnyBravo is doing the front squat a lot... My self i prefer back squat. I can back squat a lot heavier than front squat...

How do you hold the bar? the bar on your shoulders with arms crossed?
That's how girls do it
No just kidding but the best way to hold it is how weightlifters do it.

Same as ronnie hold it i think this what are you talking about .. really but i can't hold it.. because it puts some stress on my shoulder .. specially on my clavicle .. you're girl's version is new for me .. i will try it in in my legs routine :)

LOL I said that you're verson was the girlie version. The grip I'm talking about is used by powerlifters and do not cause any stress on the shoulders.

I'd might take you a couple of tries to get the hang of it.

It's been a while since I last did it, but my personal record is 2*110kg.
I usually go for 6 reps so it's pretty heavy sets.

that is NOT the "girlie" version. this is the 3rd time I saying it... And there are no virgins..

You don't have to ahve extra flexible wrists, because the weight on the bar will push your hands down. It hurts a bit the first few time, but after that you won't fell a thing
