I'm not sure if this poll has already done but here we go anyway. How many exercises does everyone do per body part on average?

4 exercises for the big muscles (Chest, Shoulders, Back, and Quads), and 3 exercises for the smaller muscles (Bis, Tris, Forearms, Abs, Hams, and Calves).

I do 3 muscles in each workout so my sessions vary between 40-48 sets total.
