hey guys for a while now i feel i'm lacking in chest and my back, and traps. i usally work every muscle group once a week sometimes twice (depending on how i trained it before.) biceps, forearm, calves....... pecs, triceps...... shoulders (sometimes traps)..... back, traps...... sometimes i miss one to make up better for another workout. is trainning my pecs and my back 2 times a week too much.. this week i did some bench then dumbell flys and press, then i inclined those two. for my lats i do normal and reverse grip rows, and front and back pull downs and sometimes single dumbell rows. how is dumbell rows when you use both arms, almost like bent over delt exersice??? thanks a lot.. i could use all the help i can get.

chest - dumbbell press
back - double overhand wide grip deadlift
traps - dumbbell shrugs

go to failure (i recommend two warm up sets on compound exercises) - use sets of 8-12 reps in general but keep it varied

rest longer, failure training requires more rest

consistently eat more (quality) food
