an atp is basically a huge chart on extra long paper that shows graphs shcedules etc for a whole year. i am in the midst of making one and would be in debt to you forever if someone could show me one. if its your or if you just find one on the web please point me at it. thnx.

nice pic. the point is that i dont wanna fale my coaching and teaching coarse. im in college and this is worth over half my grade. i just wanna take a peak at a bbing atp. everyone in the class did soccer, basketball or hockey, so how am i supposed to relate to them? i cant really. right.

Here are two links to many exercises (notice the buttons at top to organize by bodypart). Develop a training split and then add in different exercises to keep your body guessing. Add in a week break every 8 weeks to let your body repair. If you take off 4 weeks per year for repair, you can develop (6) 8 week splits. You could also develop an off season and cutting diet. I have never heard nor seen an annual training program but hopefully this helps.
