What are some good ab excesises. Especially for onbliques, side abs and also lower abs? Here are some that I already do but can somone name tell me some other good ones?

Top of abs:
crunches
legs on bench crunches
decline crunches
rope cable crunches
Swiss ball crunches

Lower abs:
leg raises on pullup bar or hammer strength setup
leg raises on swiss medicine ball (holding on to something with hands)
leg lifts on an edge of a bench

Obliques:
side crunches on decline bench
side cable crunches
bicycle crunches

all you need is really crunches and reverse crunches. i think that people need to train abs like every other muscle group. with weights and letting lit recover more. most people train abs like 2-5 a week. that just overtraining the abs and you'll never see a six pack that way..

a routine that I've was looking at for myselft was:
floor crunches
cable crunches
reverse crunches

remember that abs are hit indircted with most exerises.

remember regular training also indirectly hits the abs.
eg: squats, leg presses, deadlifts, T-bar rows, ect.

yes i know all this and i do compound movements but I just need some more ab exercises to change things up :)

bro use some weights well doing ur ab excercises also it will help build the muscle more and dont over train your abs train them at most 3 times per week.

dont forget to also focus on ur diet if your abs are lagging check ur cardio and diet

Make sure your diet is perfect as it is the primary determinant of your abs. You listed more than enough exercises just remember that your abs are recruited throughout the day so don't overtrain them.
