any one tried this program or know anyone who has thinkin about tryin it out soon and seeing if it really works im lookin to bulk and im an ectomorph i got a good diet set up and thinkin about tryin this program soo if anyones heard of it or tried it tell me what ya think.

That the 20 rep squat routine? Because if so a few of my buds tried that out and were pleased with it.

yeah its that program is do you think that is mostly a leg and back prog or a whole body bulk program? what kinda results did they get

To say 'is it mostly a leg and back program' yes and no. Obvisously this focuses around these 2 muscle groups. But they are the biggest and most important in the body. Hit your Legs and Back hard the rest of your body will fall in place.

One friend of mine saw pretty good increase in squatting stamina and strength. He said he felt it helped develop a strong core as well.

Remeber though there is no magic routine. The meat and potatoes of building muscle never change. Lift heavy and eat like a hoss. Get adequate rest and nutrition.
