hi, my name is bill, i'm 20 years old, 190 lbs., 9-10% bodyfat, i've been training for about a year now, and i eat pretty healthy six times a day. I actually have two questions, the first one is about rep scheme and changing up workouts. i hear different things about changing rep scheme and changing workouts around, but how often and when do i do each of them? and i have a pretty big chest, but how do i get the side chest to pop out a little bit more, or how do i get a wider chest in general? thanks! |
