What exercises can help to increase your bench press, i know someone mentioned rotator cuff exercises but which ones really help?

couple tips on the muscletech site.
I found these helped my bench a lot. Hope it helps you !!!
go to bodybuilding -->training link, then "jack up yourbench press - part 1"
(towards the bottom of the link you'll see a Rotator Cuff Muscles section)

After your bench work out do a few heavy triple sets, or HEAVY singles until you cant do anymore.

I would say do my last set of 5 at 385 then I would do 3 sets 3 reps at anywhere from 405-415.

If I did Heavy single after my bench workout I would do my last set of 5 at 385 then I would go to 405 and do singles and add 5-10 POUNDS each set until I eventually fail.

When your muscles have to lift so much weight it trains your body to adapt to lift heavy weight, and this will do that.

keep it simple do push ups same as bench press perfect form 25 25 25 25 25 25 keep doing it til failure.

do dips...both before and to burn up ya pecs further after the benching...hehehehehe dont be suprised if u look like a jig saw piece trying to stay upright though lol
