Eat, sleep, and get a good training routine/split. The only way your gonna get big pipes and whatever else you want is if you do those 3, especially eat. Do allot of reading, find out what foods you need, get at least 8 hours of rest, and come up with a split that works best for you. Also, genetics can play a big role. If your naturally well built than getting big won't be too big of an issue, if your skinny or a fat fucker, than getting big could become a little more difficult.

Dedication and time! Follow the basic advice given by Irontooks and stay with it, gaining muscle is a long slow process and only those willing to change their live style and dedicate themselves will succeed! Read, learn, read and read some more, experiment with w/o's and find what works for you, but on top of everything else always be open to learn! You'll never know it all, but you can know a lot if your willing.

16 years old with a 330 bench press....if your not lying that is very impressive. High weights/low reps for strength and size gain my friend...and eat a whole shit load. stick to complex carbs and protein with some good fatty acids (ex. fish oils)
Heres how i figure it.....if you weigh 165.....take 165 and multiply it by 15 and that gives you how many calories you need to take in to maintain that weight your at now. Then take the number it gives you and add 500 to it...that will give you how many calories you need to gain weight.
here..........165 x 15=2475
2475 + 500=2975
2975 is your magical number my friend....eat heavy/lift heavy GOOD LUCK

So you've gained 55 pounds in a year, you can bench press 330lbs, and you train for 2-3 hours a day in the gym. Wow..I dono what to say. Oh and you gained all this "weight" using Mass XXX from GNC, haha this stuff must work friggin miracles. I dono if your bullshittin, but it sure as hell sounds like it. You either juiced or you lied. I find it hard to believe you can gain over 50 lbs in a year, LEAN muscle like you say,and bench 330 as a 16 year old. Oh and I've never heard of training for 3 hours a day. I wanna see some pictures of you, and than I can believe it.

that would depend upon genetics, diet and rest. but mostly genetics.

It's not impossible, It for sure has nothing to do with XXXMass though. I gained 40lbs from 15 to 16 yrs old and was benching about 300lbs. It's amazing what you can do at that age, the test is flowin heavy and if your dedicated you can make some steroid like gains. Probability that he's at 10% BF is probably close to 0 though 50lbs in a year is 25-30lbs LBM at best! Highly unlikely but somewhat possible.
