Hey guys, I normally don't believe in claims like this, since my arms are behind the rest of my body, I used my imagination to come up with this particular program (you will be flirting with overtraining!)

Mo, We, Fr or Tu, Th, Sat

Triset for 3 sets
Bi's
standing barbell curl (1st set 15 to 20, 2nd, 12 to 15, 3rd - 6 to 8)
Scott Curls (all 3 sets 8 to 12)
Concentration Curls (all 3 sets 8 to 12)

Tri's
Close Grip Bench (1st set 15 to 20, 2nd, 12 to 15, 3rd - 6 to 8)
Standing French Curls (all 3 sets 8 to 12)
Tri Pushdowns (all 3 sets 8 to 12)

After 4 weeks, I gained 1/8" on my arms

This was while I was on a low carb, hi-protein, weight loss diet.

My supplements:

Protein powder
ZMA (after I ate my post training meal, then when I got hungry I took the ZMA)

For those of you with better genetics, I imagine you can get bigger gains.
