Hi, forever now i have been waking up at 6am and working out in the mornings. Recently i have not had the ability to do so, so i have been working out in the evenings around 730pm. does it matter what time i train, or does it matter more on THAT im training and eating throughout my days?

thanks

The last part. You may want to move some of your meals around to get certain nutrients closer to your workout times and want to avoid certain supplements that you would normally take during workouts that cause you to lose sleep.

Diet and rest/sleep patterns are going to be the key BUT there are studies that show the typical persons cardiovascular and muscular output/abilities are somewhere in the early to late afternoons (see 2pm-5pm) but this is for the typical 9-5 type of schedule (up at 7 and in bed by 11 etc)...

I mean that you want to take into account for your sleep pattern. So make sure meals aren't going to cause issues with your sleep patterns and digestive system.
