how to lose the fat in those area quick and shape it well?

YOu cant lose fat quick..watch what you eat and do cardio if you want the fat to eventually go away. But there isnt an exercise that targets areas for it to come off of.

You can't target areas of fat. You loose fat all over.
If you want to shape the area you have to build up the muscle. Best exercise would be squats.

do some cardio and diet.... thats the only way to get rid of fat, and like they said, theres no such thing as targeted fat reduction.... unless you get it lipo'd...
