I would say your overanalizing a lot! If you are working both muscle groups they will grow accordingly with your genetics etc. It's very difficult to measure the difference in strength and use it as a comparison due to the movements themselves. Tricep movements are typically poor angles, except for dips and Closegrip bench which I'm sure you'll do much better if you compare those. If your arms are 20+ inches and you think your triceps are to big that's one thing but at 208lbs I'm sure they are not(unless you have no legs) so I would just work them both hard and I'm sure they will be just dandy! jmho
