how many sets per exercise? ... i personally do 3 because alot of times anymore then that you are just working the same angles just in another way..which is the same as doing more sets of your other exercises

I do..
incline bench
machine chest press (like a bench press but i feel more of a workout)
cable crossover

an i do whatever feels good ..usually 5-6 sets ...i just go by how the body feels

Time intensity frequency

Mine vary all the time but my 'core' sets are

Flat Bench

Dips

Incline Dumbell Bench

Dumbell/cable flies

I sit at about 3-4 sets and 6-10 reps per set.

2. dont workout for a few days and just pig as much as possible.

It really depends on what your trying to achieve, if your looking for increases in strength/mass then I would say 3-4 movements based on one core compound movement.

I go for thick and wide, so I do:-

Incline barbell press (wide grip) 2 warm up sets then 3 sets on max weight
Flat bench barell press (Wide grip) Same as above
Decline dumbbell press or seated press (both work well for lower pec) Same
Machine fly (heavy) Same
Cable cross over - Pyramid set

Any thoughts??

I do 3 sets per body part. 8-10 reps, 4-6 reps and 2-4 reps. Controlled negative and high frequency, 3x per week.
