What are some back workouts to get rid of that shoulderbladeish look? and is there a website somewhere where i can look through tons of workouts/drills to work out my body?

Oh yea BTW, I need freeweight exercies. I dont use gym equipment often, i am strictly a freeweight+bench man

The king and queen of back work- Deadlift and Barbell rows! Can't go wrong with those 2!

i think that shoulders look is genetics.. Jay Cutler has that look..

deads hits just about everthing in the body. you can do rack deads to hit more back and traps and take out the legs.. to hit the upper back use the Yates row (underhead grip) .. you should also do corner t bar rows (grip crig) and weighted/bodyweight chins to get that wide look

Yup, couldn't have said it better myself. Also, don't forget shrugs, which will thicken your traps all the way down your back.

Time tested and proven over and over, it amazes me that these will be avoided out of fear or for what ever reason. It's like saying I want big legs and then hit the leg extension everyday, leaves you wanting but not getting.
