Ok here is my problem, ive been lifting for a good year and a half, goin hard and everything and ive gained quite some muscle mass, but it just looks like I have really big regular looking arms, without the more rounded shape of the bodybuilders and other guys in the gym I see, would you guys have any training tips to make the bicep front a little more rounded instead of just large regular looking arms???

Genetics bro..

Best you can do is just keep training and make em bigger.

You cant "shape" your muscles, i know you hear it all the time buts its simply not possible... The shape of your muscle is purely genetic.

Yea shape is a genitic thing. Keep your BF low and you will be able to see shape. Fat arms dont have shape. Im not saying thats the case with you but BF will cloud shape.

try concentration curls and preacher curls. that makes a good peak.. bbell curls are good for mass but it seems you want some definition. when you do those exersices really sqeeze the shit out of your biceps at the top, you'll get a good pump. hope that helps some. good luck.
