does anybody know of any ab exercises that can be done with dumbells?

You could hold a dumbell on your chest while doing crunches and the like for added resistance.

you can do side bens with db's. lots of ppl do them for some reason..I surpose you can put the db on your chest and do a weight crunch but it'll be uncfortable...abs and dbs dont mix to will.. your very limit as free weights goes..

You COULD do weighted side bends with dumbells, but I wouldn't reccommend it. They have a tendency to thicken your obliques and make your waist bigger. Personally, I wouldn't do any weighted oblique exercises but thats just my opinion.

my mates does decline d/bell raises for 50 reps....he's only done it once but my fucking god it was a sight and a half! he was using 2 40lbs d/b's but he is from the country so i guess he's used to rough shit
