Just got back from vacation and i lost 6 pounds. im so pissed. i also lost size from my chest and a little on my arms. can someone suggest a program to gain mass. i was thinking either hst or german volume training. thanks.

I would go wit HST.. I'm not a fan of 20 sets per bodypart... I would go back to a routine that you used to gain your mass in the fist place...I would never knock a program that ppl have had success with. but I like my of a personal built program. that you can come up with...a general program can take you so far... one thing that is also true about gaining size is: focus on the busics. the big three should be your friend...
