bicep and back or tricep and back?
All lege one day?
or mix it up shoulders and calves?

personally, i like to do oppasite muscle groups. like doing a push muscle and then a pull muscle. its so, nothing getting over used like chest/tris. the tris are already in use in presses for chest. and thus, you dont get you full moneys worth from them..

i like this kind of split
chest/bis/abs
legs (quads/hams/calves)
shoulders/tris/abs
back/trapscalves

thats what I think
