Hi,
I'm a new guy to the forums who is after some advice :)

Age: 22
Weight: 190 lbs
BF%: 13%

At the moment I am working my upper body all in one workout, an example of my most recent work out in the order it was done.

3 x Wide Arm Chins
3 x Dumbell Bench Press
3 x Incline Dumbell Bench Press
3 x Dumbell Shoulder Press
3 x Standing Barbell Curl
3 x Dips
Abs

I am generally following the same order each work out e.g. would do back first, then chest etc. If continuing my full body work out is it recommended to mix the order up?

Also would it be recommended to split up my training?

Normally I have a 2-3 day rest for my upper body between these sessions.

Thanks
Gareth

Just saw the post by rocky on why not to do split training above so that kind of answered that question.

The question I could do with being answered is in regards to mixing up the order of your routine so that you don't do the same body part each time when your most fatigued.

My problem with "split" training is not the fact of splitting up body parts, but the infrequency of training. Overall i like to divide the body in 2 halves, and work each part 2x a week.

If you're making gains on that routine, stick with it.

Just looking at your program, 6 sets for chest yet only 3 for back. If anything you're back has more muscles than chest in mass and total so this shouldnt be overlooked.

I'd definitely look to include heavy bent over rows pulled up high (sternum, lower chest region) with arms out wide, elbows up high to hit the upper back (rhomboids, traps, rear delts, teres major) since the wide grip pull ups will be enough to hit the middle back (latissimus dorsi) They will hit your upper back perfectly!
