Does asnyone know of an exercise to take the place of a hyper extension? I f not, how would you reccommend doing one without the hyper extension bench. Thanks for any replies.

you really can't. do heypers at home. you either need a hyper bench or a decline bench.. you can do back extensions. just sit on a chair. and lean back.

yea, anything that can putt ur upper lower then you lower body can work. on a decine you have to change the height of the foot pad to a higher angle.

I take it that you dont want to do deads or good mornings??

i meant the other way around. lean against the part of the bench where your hips/legs would go and hyperextension where the foot pad is. change the to be higher. its a hard thing to explain.. online.

I'll figure something out, thanks for the help though. I am thinking about using the lower back machine in place of the hypers and do the good mornings as well. Thanks
