What are the best ways to target the vastus medialis?

I use leg extensions to warm up and then do squats, leg press, hack squats, and one legged squats. Just use a wider stance..?

Any tips are greaty appreciated.

just like bob chic says bodybuiding is erverything in opposite so if a wider grip with barbell curls works the inner biceps and a narrow (close grip) works the outher part of the biceps...so with a wider stance your gone hit the inner side of the leggs but if you going for a wider stance be carefull cause its easy to get injured if you planning to use a wider stance
