hey guys,

anyone recommend a really good abs workout for me? ive got very low bodyfat luckily so im hoping that with the right workout i can get a great set of abs..

looking to work them say 3 to 4 times a week..

I always do sit-ups on a decline bench. Those always gets my abs tight.

You can try, crunches, roman chair's, hanging leg raisers. Swiss ball core work routines. Side crunches. Up your cardo and lower your caloric intake.

Those are just a few, hope it helps out.
