Hello all I Just started workingout again. Trying to improve my arm figure. i have two. 25 lbs barbells. Ive been doing these excerises to improve my biceps, triceps, and forearms.


wrist curls
Reverse wrist curls
normal curls
Hammer curls
Tricep Dumbbell Kick Backs
Tricep Bench Dips

Any tips an other reps i could do would help alot thxs

BPMartyr is correct. IMO the best way to gain in your arms is still COMPOUND movements.
