got any tips on getting rid of them?

don't have bodyfat anywhere else except there..and the mother fuckers just won't go away

Can't really target man. You just have the male patterned oblique fat stores that are the last to go. Now it's just a % game.

This is weird, but when I was a little chubby. I was doing this job at the time, which required being at a desk. I changed that to be a fitness trainer and it was worth it. I think sitting down allot caused me to have love handle. I quit and became personal trainer, then suddenly they went away with time. I would say the more active you are the less of a chance your going to have love handles.

I've got the same problem Animal.. But I think its getting better, I have cleaned up my diet alot, and I have started doing light cardio two to three times a week..
I do not weigh alot, so I do not want to lose the weight I have worked so hard to gain. But then again, I need to lose the fat that I got along with it.. Just takes time..

I have the same problem. I've made some good gains overall this last year, eating a lot more than I've ever ate on a consistent basis.

But now, I've got a Greg Kovaks waist now, love handles and all

I'm taking Lipodrene now, and I haven't noticed much other than I'm sweating alot more in the gym.

But, like you guys posted above, clean diet and cardio....easier said than done...

Like other people have said, cardio and diet. You have to burn out the fat.
