my stats:
age:17
height:5'6
weight:165 13-14% BF
duration of lifting: about 8 months still a beginner

I recently just got done with doing the 5x5 program and i loved it. I got excellent gains of strength on it but didnt see a ton of muscular gains on it other and arms. I did the 5x5 for 12 weeks. My strenth gains are as follows:
squat:155x5 to 225x5
deadlift:215x5 to 275x5
bench:140x5 to 165x5
incline bench:115x5 to 140x5

I am a very weak still and would like to get my strenght up more but i have stalled and havent been able to get any more strenght gains for the past 3 weeks. So i decided to switch it up a little.

my HST routine:
workout A LOWER
squat
leg press
SLDL
calves

Workout B Upper
incline bench
Bent over rows
flat DB
chins
alt DB Curls
Skull crushers

Workout C LOWER
squat
lunges
lying leg curls
calves

Workout D
Flat bench
t-bar rows
inlcine DB's
closegrip chins
BB curls
close grip bench

so theres my routine. I was thinking about doing
sun-Workout A
mon-Workout b
tue-rest
wed-workout C
thur-workout D
fri-rest
sat-rest

Also i want to add some shoulder work so what should i add and where should i add it?

Also where is a good place to add deadlifts?

This routine is a pretty good one so far but i want my training to be as optimal as possible. So any suggestions are appreciated.

I'd trim it to be honest and go with a good full body layout 2 or 3 times a week. Technically 5x5 follows HST principles more or less, the weight increase just isn't as frequent. With your current routine as laid out you'd be going upper, off, lower, off, upper, etc. That's a good 72-96 hours (my head is cloudy) between applications of tension to the respective muscle groups. In an HST program you want to shoot for as high a frequency as possible. Keeping the current routine you should work it as upper, lower, off, upper, lower, off, etc.
