I was thinking of doing 30 mins AM cardio followed by 10 mins (weight free) abb training every other day..


Dangerous to muscle tissue??

no, i do it about 3-4 days a week. take some BCAA's before the cardio though

not dangerouse to muscle tissue, but cant say the same about the fat .

maybe take in some protein prior to the ab workout but thats about it
