hey guys do u think this is a good idea to build muscle and keep fat down and build abs.also i know diet is very important but this is for training and not nutrition so going by that my diet is very clean how does this sound

monday-chest/tris/abs
tues-back/bi's/forearms
weds-delts/traps/triceps/abs
thurs-calves/quads/ham
fri-middle/lower back/lats/abs
sat-work on whatever i think needs work

also cardio each day once in the morning and once again right after weight training in the middle towards late afternoon.

Going to depend a lot on your diet and what you do during your training and cardio.

Yeah, need more information, reps, rep times, sets, exercises. Just giving a split does not give all that much help.

That being said, you are training Tris on Mon/Wed, Back Tues/Fri, etc., your current program will have you headed for either overtraining, or diminished gains in terms of size very quickly.

TOO MUCH!!! IN MY OPINION

Definetly include some rest days in between and on them rest days throw in AM cardio which will help keep you clean

Are your triceps and back lagging your training them twice??

My routine at the moment is:-

Mon:- Hams and quads
Tues:- Biceps,Triceps, Forearms
Wed:- Off--(AM Cardio)
Thurs:-Off--(AM cardio with ABS)
Fri:- Chest and shoulders
Sat:- Back,Traps and rear Delts
Sun:- Off-(AM cardio)

My arms needed bringing up, i didnt train them twice a week i isolated them on their own so i could use max weight on them and high intensity, after back or chest i found they were already fried enough!!!

The AM cardio will keep your gains clean,, i dont follow the above set AM cardio, i try to do it ever other day
