Looks pretty good but why only one set for biceps? Also, I would probably think about adding in Side Lateral Raises to your shoulder routine and maybe some flyes to chest day, but other than that it looks pretty solid.

on day 1 i would drop a tricep workout, and add a chest workout such as flyes.
on day 2 i would add some leg curls, hamstrings seem to be neglected often
on day 4 i would do shoulders and traps on this day because you wont have
enough rest for deads on back day after leg day.do either millitary press
or cleans not both its over kill. add some side laterals, bent over side
laterals, drop the barbell rows your doing this on back day.
on day 5 i would do back and biceps. i would start off with deads because there
hard to do at the end of a brutal back workout. then proceed in this
order,bb rows, do either lat pulldown or pull ups, seated rows would be
nice. add another bicep workout like hammer curls.

hope this helps this is what i would do but do what suits you best its just a suggestion.
