I'll admit, I never enjoyed training legs, but now its catching up to me and there is a pretty big noticable difference between my upper and lower body. Thats nothing to be proud of.

So I was thinking, whats a good routine for legs?

As of now, I just do:

Squats: 4x10
Hack Squat: 4x8
Leg Ext: 3x10
Leg Curl: 3x10
Calf Raises: 4x15-20

I want more power in my legs, would you suggest a low rep's on squats/hacksquats?
And keep everything else the way it is.

if you want power you cant go wrong w/ low reps. are you trying to add mass also or is power your main concern. if power is your main concern then reps in the range of 3 to 7 is perfect. i would work w/ sets of 7 for 3 weeks, sets of 5 for 3 weeks, and sets of 3 for 3 weeks. always try to add weight every workout and do the cycle over again. you should work your hamstrings, glutes, lowerback, and abs very hard also. hope this helps

I too am lagging on my legs, but I have noticed growth and shape lowering the amount of exercises. I was a big fan of 5 leg exercises, until I cut it down to 3. Basically, squat, leg extensions, and stiff legged deads.

I now started HST (hypertrophy specific training) and have been reducing bodyfat while mainting my muscle. I'm still growing from my legs.

Remember to strech. Personally I would like to have a great set of wheels than 20 inch arms.

Starting any leg routine and finding out what works for you. That routine looks good, but I think your moving to much forward starting a leg routine. My leg routine always changes with a couple of months. I remember starting my leg routine in the very beginning with leg extentions and leg presses. Maybe you should do the same thing, until you build a quality of muscle mass on your legs. I figure you start out easy, end it hard. When I was fourteen, I would start out with the stair-master for 20 minutes. Then I'd go to the leg press and hit four sets of ten. After that I'd go to leg extentions for another four sets. Try that out first, but don't get ahead of yourself. Good luck.
