2.5 inches gain in a year is extraordinary.. what do u want.. 1 inch growth per weak?? will that quench your fuckin thirst :)

workout hard and forget the measuring tape... the addiction of measuring arms after every workout is such a shit thing (unfortunately i m addicted too)..

I agree, 2 1/2" in a year, wtf..... most guys would kill for that. Keep working hard, eating big and clean and they will grow, quit worrying about it.

I started off with 12" arms, seriously.

If you are fairly lean you got a very good heastart and a prime genetic boost. Just be patient man, it will keep growing.

thanks for your reply guys...when everyone says eat big and clean...what is that? what is clean

I really don't have a diet..I just try to keep it clean..eat a lot of chicken, beef, vegetables...and protein shakes...

This is my new routine

Monday - Chest & Tricpes
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Chest or calves on thursday
Friday - Beiceps
Saturday - Shoulders
Sunday - *off*

and after every workout I do 20min stepmaster then I have my shake ready in the locker room

Clean means healthy basically. Lean meats. Vegis, unsat fats. Complex carbs etc. Not eating a lot of sugar or burger king.
