I was just wondering everyone's thoughts on how long one should wait to eat whole foods like steak and brown rice after a cardio session 15 mins, 30, 45? I've heard so many different things from guys at my gym I'm looking to set rhe record straight. Thanks
have a protein shake after you're cardio...then you're full meal a hour later after the protein shake for example...if cardio is at 12:30 and ends at 1:30 have your protein shake at 1:30 and by 2:30 you should have your whole meal... remember thoe lo carbs after 5 5:30
