Ive been liftin for around 3 years now, and it seems that i cant develop a wide pec, they are like oranges and have no real width at all, everyone i look at seems to have this very wide chest, and they have not been training as long is there any exercises that i can do to develop a much wider chest instead of just two oranges?

A lot of your chest appearance is determined by genitics. But the good news is that there are some exercises for developing the "outer" regions of the chest to give you that wider look.

1. Wide grip Bench - The wider your go the more impact on the outer regions of the chest muscle

2. Flyes, Flyes, Flyes - Flyes are a great exercise for developing the outer chest. Make sure you do them with good form.

3. Dips - If your gym has a dip station or parallel bars (even better), these do a great job as well developing the outer chest. Again, the wider the grip the better for the outer chest area.

These are (3) exercises that I can think of, I'm sure others will have more input. Good luck, you'll get them going don't worry about it.

T-bar rows, bent-over barbell rows, and low pully cable rows pulled to the chest could be good moves to add to your back routine for this if you're not already doing them.

One thing that may help you with width is focusing on your lats/shoulders. This makes you wider and forches your chest to come out to the sides more
