hi guys, ive been training for about 8 months now, and i feel like changeing my schedule just for fun basically, i got 2 programs that i would like to try but i dont really know wich one to take here, so if anyone could help me decide on wich one to take and why, that would be a big thanks.

program 1

chest & triceps
back & biceps
legs
shoulders, traps, abs & calves <-- yes its cutlers training scheme for beginners
off
chest & triceps
off

program 2

chest & abs
back & calves
off
off
biceps & triceps
quads & hamstrings
shoulders & traps

to tell you the truth i would prefer program 2, this is because i feel that there is a sufficient break between your days training, but instead of having bi`s and tri`s on day 4 have it on day 3 because i think that depending on how well they recover, your arms might still be killing when you try and train ya shoulders, im no specialist but ive been training for nearly 3 years now and ill let you in on my routine for me it suits me the best, although there will be probably be loadsa "scientists" coming up with reasons why all the routines posted are wrong
Monday - chest abs
Tuesday - back
Wednesday - off
Thursday = Shoulders Traps
Friday - bi`s and tri`s abs
Saturday - legs
Sunday - off
