I used to play footy (AFL) but injured my knee this time last year. Still not 100%, did too much damage.
I'm not into full body training myself anymore. I found it was pretty good, but was hard to structure around sports training. It can be done, but not when you have a job, etc. My recommendation was made on what he was trying to do there.
I go for upper lower, which works well for rehab and keeping in shape. I don't have a log, can't be bothered recording it all twice. I'm almost back to previous weight (lost like 10kg as couldn't even walk for 3 months) and am looking to refine my shape and BF%. |
