hey, i need sum advice, i already am perrty strong considerin my age, but i want to become ripped, some what, and stronger with more mass

What are u already doing bro? Die wise and training wise? That would help us alot to know. What are your current stats also?

dont have ne pic right now man, wen i get them i will for sure, but my stats are somthing like heavy weight lifting (enough to to 4 sets of 10 8 8 5, lower reps higher weight of course) and my diet is high protien, tryin to keep it as heathy as possible, lots of fish. and im benchin 230, squat 500, dead lift, i dunno dont do it much. i can curl somthing like 80 each.

Get us your height, weight, caloric intake, protein/carb/fat intake, what your current routine and also what supplements your taking. THen we can go from there. Sure we can just say lift more and harder but that won't help. We need to know every aspect of it to help out accurately.

Your calories are too low for adding mass, I think this is your problem.

im 5'11 i weigh 230, my caloric intake is somthing like 2500, protien, dont have a number but as much as i can every day, carbs im keepin to a min same with the fats. my runtine is chest monday, back tuesday, legs wed. triceps thursday, and biceps friday. i do cardio everyday, i bike to the gym 10km and back so do the math, 20km a day. weeknds i do crunches, sittups and pushups and run, to stay in shape.

when it ocmes down to i bro u might just beed to add more food, i can't really change your rouine bc u didnt post it u know. If u wanna add size stick with barbell movements, and compound lifts. Thats my best advice right now.

well i hate to have to tell you but wanting to get ripped yet get stronger and more mass are kind of opposing goals. It's basically impossible to both at the same time

agreed.
Youre doing too much work there and undereat as well wich can result in overtraining if you keep doing it like this. I mentioned it many times before. Rest is very important you dont grow in the gym.
