DOMS does not equal growth....don't worry about it.

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

And Mindstar is right - particularly if you work on an HST style routine where frequency is the key and DOMS would make the regular muscle training difficult.

In my humble opinion, i tink ur chest don sore anymore cuz ur training haf reached plateau. This happens when the same exercise perform are done over and over again. However u can 'confuse' ur muscle to grow again by changing the exercise. Be creative !

for etc if u train chest with bar bell bench press, try different grip to target differtn portions of ur chest and preventing pleateau. also u may want to add a twist when performing db bench press. in simple words dun do the exactly same workout over and over again.

DOMS has very little to do with growth. Not having it anymore isn't any sign of a plateau, stagnation is.
